Works as intended but small side effects.
It does make you sweat. Works as intended. My only issue was that the material grabbed and pulled my stomach hair as I moved. Once I was sweaty that effect went away but getting there is a bit annoying. The vest itself seems to be the same front and back. Almost reversable.
