This is my second attempt to report that although the ad shows the difference between the real and counterfeit product I have received a counterfeit which did not work. It's really weird when you get a guide on what to look for and why, according to the ad copy, you have to buy the real thing just to get the fake one. There is a fake UL certificate on the bottom of the charger. Then the charger gets very hot and heats up the countertop it is standing on. In addition, the toothbrush does not charge. Unlike the original device, the green charging indicator does not light up, which may cause a fire.
