This is my second attempt to report that although the ad shows the difference between the real and counterfeit product I have received a counterfeit which did not work. It's really weird when you get a guide on what to look for and why, according to the ad copy, you have to buy the real thing just to get the fake one. There is a fake UL certificate on the bottom of the charger. Then the charger gets very hot and heats up the countertop it is standing on. In addition, the toothbrush does not…

I left my original charger at a hotel a week ago and was looking for a replacement. A third party sent me a counterfeit item last week and I purchased this as a replacement. I am sure that this is a real article. Cable, plug, weight, color, font and marking of the certificate are 100% consistent. I used it to charge my toothbrush and it works just like my lost original. I highly recommend this item. Don't fall for fakes.

I've been using the same Sonicare for about 10 years. The charge lasts a week, even longer. I found myself in a stalemate as I stayed with my mother to help her after the procedure. I was there much longer than expected and didn't have a travel charger. Didn't think I would be lucky enough to find a replacement but of course it was with fast delivery.
