They come with all accessories and are very easy to set up. The sound quality is fantastic. There are Treble, Normal, and Bass settings that can be adjusted to customize the tone frequency for each user. The headphones also have a left and right channel balance adjustment, which I found very useful. This allows me to equalize the sound levels to one side or the other so that the sound is heard equally in both ears. An additional surprise is that I found a spare battery in the transmitter battery compartment, I often fall asleep without turning off the headphones, the spare battery brings me peace of mind.
