Right off the bat, I realized the hair was very silky. I ordered a number #60 20 inch which is platinum. The hair had a lot more yellow in it than my hair so not a great match. I read what little directions were in the box and watched a couple of videos. I had trouble with the fit right away. Watched some more videos and realized it was the wire that was too tight. I fixed that and It felt much better. My biggest complaint is the extension only came to just a little past my ears if that. I do not have a large head either. I think it would be fine with shorter hair, but I wanted to wear it long as I have long hair. The front looked funny and bare. The actual Halo extension goes past your ears looking more natural. I read that you could buy two side pieces, but that's not something I wanted to do. I wanted one piece. I will be returning this due to the extension not having enough length plus the clips were only in the middle so the sides stuck out. The quality was nice though so if you're looking for a shorter length this is for you.
