Review on The Ultimate Hunter Hepburn Indoor Ceiling Fan: 52'' Modern Brass Design with LED Light and Wall Control by Tammy Henshaw

The fan is actually very beautiful. But. Beautiful appearance hides many flaws. Cons: As many reviewers have noted, the light has random flicker issues. And the remote control is also buggy - you can press the button several times and nothing happens. Another issue was that the fan was unbalanced at maximum speed and we tried everything Hunter suggested - nothing worked. Hunter determined the problem was with the motor/electrical system and suggested replacing the fan. I was concerned about another malfunction so I paid an electrician to remove it and ship it back to Amazon. Pros: My electrician said it was pretty easy to install if you decide to buy it. I love the convenience of the Amazon return process. (I just wish I didn't have to pay an electrician that much just to find out that this fan has a problem.) I also appreciate Hunter's customer service which is very easy to call and fix over the phone.
