Seems a bit flimsy but great customer service.

When I received it there were no dowels in the package. I sent it back and got a new one a few days later. I installed it myself and it was a bit fiddly but manageable. I had to choose the best place to install it. After installing it, I was very concerned at how fragile it seemed. I've never had one like this, but it seems stronger than it is. I put a closet underneath "just in case". Overall it's good, but I'll probably spend a little more and buy another one and then use that one on a smaller TV.
