Review on πŸ”Š UWAYKEY Bluetooth Amplifier Board 2.1 Channel Class D AMP Module featuring Dual TPA3116D2 Chip by Timothy Johnson

Revainrating 5 out of 5

amazing performance for the price.

I bought this to experiment with speakers based on a homemade exciter. It worked better than expected and the price is perfect for experimentation. Best Features: Easy to assemble, small screwdriver is cute if a bit redundant After a few drops on the floor I can confirm it's tough enough for the unwary among us. Bluetooth works well overall sound. I didn't really have an extra subwoofer to work with, so I hooked up a center channel and adjusted the frequency to create some semblance of bass and it worked pretty well. I can't confirm the sound quality compared to my normal setup as I don't plan on hooking up my $2,000 speakers just for testing, but the small amp handles the drivers with no issues and the sound seems decent. Because of the price, I bought a few more for further experimentation. Of the minuses, a few quibbles. The button fit isn't overly elegant and the speaker terminals are a little tight, but honestly I can't say I care. I wish I had had this little amp 40 years ago when I was much poorer and used to build some terrible gear just to listen to music.

Pros
  • Treble and bass controls
Cons
  • I will write later
