The ability to create an appointment and have it saved in the system so that it can be used and updated at a later time. It can be time consuming to create an appointment, and not all systems are created the same. Some are easier to use than others. I do not like that I cannot set the time that it is created. If an appointment is missed, it is not saved. I also do not like that the appointment is not saved until the day that it is used. This can cause problems with a missed appointment. I use the system to schedule my employees for doctor appointments, and other doctor appointments. It allows me to be able to see that an appointment is needed, and when it is to be scheduled. I can also see when it is scheduled.
