Review on 🎧 2021 Studio Mini Earbuds: Bluetooth Headphones Wireless Earbuds with Charging Case - HiFi Stereo ANC Earphones for iPhone Android Phone by Robin Henderson

It was great at first. Of course for exactly 1 month, which means I can survive the return window. But I received them at the end of September and only in February, they are almost useless. For months I had trouble getting it to hold a charge, I just kept getting asked by customer service to use a different charging cable. Never helped. Also, I've never been able to just plug in the right earphone for an independent connection. Using one headphone without the other is one of the main reasons I wanted to use Bluetooth headphones for situations like walking the dog or sitting next to someone, but still wanted to be able to hear them. They were charged all night last night, I made sure they were plugged in and lit but today it tells me only 1 bar is charged. It doesn't matter because now bluetooth won't connect to my devices at all rendering them unusable. I don't know if I just have a faulty pair, which I know happens, but aside from being advised to use different cables, customer service has never offered a refund or exchange. I have never dropped them, never exposed them to water, nothing that could damage them. The electronic product must last more than 1 month. EDIT UPDATED: It's May now, I ordered again in September. For some reason they hold a charge and reconnect. Revisiting the page, I realized (perhaps feeling updated and added?) that you need to connect to another Bluetooth device (A1 R) to only listen to R headphones. Now my biggest problem is that it's almost impossible for me to sync them up so I can hear them both together. I try taking them out and putting them back in but they keep syncing and only play L. I ended up just plugging them in individually and using the dual sound feature on my phone. Luckily, there isn't much of a difference between the two devices, so it sounds like a faint echo. I will order a different kind.
