This indoor/outdoor Sirius antenna has greatly improved my radio reception. I used to have intermittent service from good to bad. At certain times of the day it was awful with the antenna connected to the radio and extending from the unit out the window and up as far as the cord could reach (20ft I think). Not long enough to get the job done. The Sirius Indoor Outdoor cable is not only long enough to reach the chimney, which allows the device to see the southern sky very well, but also has a thick coaxial cable that does not run under the window without leaving it unsealed. I drilled a hole in the pipe. Wall outside by the radio and missed the cable. This solved the open window problem and also got rid of the excess cable running along the wall along the floor. a solution for extending the antenna cable and for excellent reception of the Sirius radio.
