Review on 🚿 Methven Aio Chrome Handheld Shower Head Set with Hose, Adjustable Arm Mount - Enhanced SEO by Teresa Jones

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Well worth the hype, good for plumbing

So I don't want to repeat all of the reviews so I'll skip how much I love these ones and instead address some of the comments previously made. 1- Water pressure - yes it has great water pressure, if you turn a regular shower head upside down and let the stream go straight up it might go a foot or so if you're lucky. If you do this with a shower head, wash the ceiling. But this is a different design, more like a high water pressure sprinkler head than massage water pressure. I hope this clarified for you and helped you with your choice. 2- Plastic - it is very light and most likely the shower head itself is plastic but I don't think that automatically equates to cheap, the hose supplied is very good - made as well as the connection to the pipe, which is metal. I find that I love its light weight. This makes it easier for children to use. There are no adjustments either, the showerhead is what it is, there are no settings or anything like that, it's the simplicity that I like. 3 - a water blanket? I wouldn't describe it like that. It's more like water just magically appears from everywhere. I was ok at first, good shower but the longer I stayed there the more I realized how much I love it. I don't know how it happens, maybe steam but water seems to be everywhere. Also, there is simply more water here. I mean, it gets more water on the skin. I think it's in the preview when they talk about denser water droplets. It rinses my hair out very quickly especially the conditioner which loves to cling to my hair type. I was very impressed. I was very close to buying because of the price and the above reasons. I don't regret this purchase at all. For reference, I just bought a PDA. It came with a hand hose and nozzle. Very easy to install. All you really need is duct tape. I don't even think you need a wrench unless your old shower head is stuck.

Pros
  • Fingers crossed
Cons
  • Everything is fine
