Has stopped working after using it twice

I used this product twice before it stopped working completely. The lights still come on when I plug the card reader into my laptop, but I can't find any files on my C-Fast USB stick. I have tried using the card reader on three different types of laptops (Mac, Hp and Dell) without finding any trace of my files. The files are still available on my camera, so I know the problem is not with my C-Fast card but with the card reader.
