These are by far the best cross training shoes I have ever owned. I hope the manufacturer isn't trying to "improve" them because I think they're perfect just the way they are. They are comfortable thanks to good traction with the sole, good support for the foot, the sole has good cushioning, the upper part is made of fabric for good breathability, the insole is padded, the part surrounding the sole of the foot and the toes are made of solid material. which is very important to me. This prevents the foot from slipping along the edge of the sole of the shoe. This is the only shoe I wear to workout. All other previous shoes have been kicked to the curb since I found these. I don't have a single negative observation after wearing this brand and style for about two years now. And they look good too! I wish I had found them sooner and saved myself the frustration of expensive foam soled shoes with no support, no structure, no durability and no ability to walk or run on gravel/rock surfaces without feeling every single pebble and stone!
