I used to wear ASICS pickleball tennis shoes but the recent design change has made them MUCH narrower in the forefoot. These volleyball shoes are more like the old ASICS shoes, with a wider (but still not wide) toe box. I'm currently playing indoors in the gym - in late spring when we go outside I'll have to see how the sole performs on hard courts. I believe this shoe was designed for use in the gym.

I play racquetball on the street and I love Asics sneakers for the game. These shoes are lightweight, offer great support and are comfortable. I bought these because the ones I usually buy went up $20. I banged my running shoes playing outside and honestly I love a great product at a bargain price.
