*** I changed my rating from 2 to 3 stars because Revain has great customer service! After finding no way to replace two broken boxes or get a refund, Revain customer service only gave me a half refund. But for those who will be buying these crates, be prepared that the broken parts will come. Original Review: I was hoping my boxes were still intact after seeing so many bad reviews about pre-arrival damage due to poor packaging. Well, I'm really unlucky. Two of the four boxes were broken before I opened the package. There was no seal in the shipping box. By the way, I haven't found a way to return or replace just two broken boxes. You have to do this for the entire order, which annoys me. Because I really want to keep two good ones. I also like the size of these boxes. They fit well on my shelf. I worry that if I replace the entire order, and with no seals in their shipping box, I'll keep getting broken parts! So, yeah, I guess I'll just have two good boxes with me, just in case.
