Almost identical parts.
Fits my daughter's 4Runner perfectly to replace the damaged one. The only minor issue is that one of them has a small screw hole that attaches it to the footrest and this one doesn't. Otherwise it looks the same as the replacement part. However, after a bit of installation and testing, I decided that the replacement end cap was so securely attached that it didn't need a screw, so I didn't drill a hole in the new one for it. . She has driven the car several thousand miles since I installed it and it is still securely attached.
