Although my 4 year old daughter loves them I was very disappointed with the quality. I wish I had read the review from the person who said the packaging crumpled and the shoes deformed before I bought them. That's exactly what happened with mine. The material is cheap, looks like foam rubber. Unlike the material traditional Crocs are made of. There are pressure creases on the material, which makes them look worn. I wouldn't trust her at all to wear outdoors, on gravel or in muddy, slushy, rainy conditions. I don't think they will hold up well. I think she will have to use them as slippers.
