This was my first order of this product - I have to give credit to the review that mentioned that these balloons are filled in a container filled with water! Thank you - I believe this is the secret ingredient to making this a success! We ended up trying to fill them in a variety of ways - we found that the least amount of deposit was achieved using these simple methods: 1- Fill a large clean bucket or clean plastic container with water (in our case we did inside of filled). a small canoe with water) 2- Submerge the balloons in the water to allow the air to escape 3- With the balloons under the water and the hose turned on, medium, low to medium flow Attach the hose to the balloon refill nozzle Note: If you make a connection If the hose is not connected, large air bubbles will remain in your balloons! Water must be flowing when connecting the hose to the bottle nozzle4- do not twist the straws for long periods of time - this will result in uneven filling and bottles will detach from the straws before they are properly filled5- if the hose attachment is finger tight, pull Slowly remove the hose from the water reservoir (keep the balloons in the water) to allow the balloons to disintegrate and fill evenly 6 - do not overfill - when you have reached half of your desired fill - start detaching the balloons from the straws for filling - start at the lowest mid point and work your way up the sides7 - be patient - we lost a little while learning how to find the best process for optimal filling! Buy an extra set to have on hand just in case...... Have fun filling your water tank!
