We loved how we were able to fill them up right before the big water fight tournament at our local park. Was sad to arrive 2 miles from home with a cooler filled with water and balloons fit for barbie dolls. They were name brands. Big disappointment.

I liked the colors and it was great for the children to play in the yard at 7/4. Balloons are flimsy so be very careful when filling them with water as they can easily burst. Be sure to put them in a large bucket of water. The reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because I ended up popping some balloons.

A few unexploded materials in the pack, but still EASIER and less fragile than the jet method. I really liked 3 different colors, very bright. They are thicker than what I use and don't break when thrown at others, which is fine because we don't want accidents! Throwing them on the ground by someone will definitely still serve the same purpose and fun.

I used to buy bundled balls but they were different. The rubber bands used to "seal" the balloons were large and didn't seem to seal the balloons very well. Once filled, they would seep water almost immediately. Also, of the three kits included in the kit, about half were not filled with water. I don't know if this set was a failure or if they changed anything but I would buy again anytime.

About 1/5 of these just slipped off the pen and didn't fill properly. The ones that were completely filled worked well for their intended purpose - splashing water on the child's head. The ones that didn't break just bounced off and didn't even break on the grass. If you know how to throw a fastball, you have an advantage. I was very glad that they are not bigger.
