I ordered this in the grey and this set looks and feels great! The topside fabric is a soft microfiber that looks great and is comfortable. The bottom side, 'lambs-wool' material also feels great and adds to the comfy-factor. Crawling into bed the past few nights have been like sliding into a soft cloud. It has been wonderful.While it is lightweight for a flannel composition, it still does have the right bit of heft to it - you know it's there and it is very warm. Normally about this time of year (Nov/Dec) I would add an electric blanket to my flannel bedding for extra warmth, I do not think I will need to that this year.The only thing to keep in mind is that this set is only 3 pieces - the comforter and 2 shams, so if you have a lot of pillows or are looking for more of a 'complete bedding set' or additional items like a dust-ruffle, etc. then you will have to order additional items, as wanted.Overall, If you are looking for a richly soft, warm sleeping experience, this is a fantastic option.
