We bought this speaker after our friends recommended it to us - they had two setups in their car for surround sound and it was amazing. My husband was thrilled that he bought it, tried it and convinced me it was worth it. When we first got it the sound quality was pretty good and it was nice that it was bluetooth and wireless but. I found several cons that make me hate this product and regret buying it. Whenever we went camping with him or watched a movie on our laptop, he always died within the first hour. We've tried leaving it on to charge overnight so it has enough time to fully charge, but it NEVER holds a charge. In the end we just gave up and stopped using it (it's sad that a $300 speaker is just useless). I've tried different chargers, reset, updated, factory reset, everything on the forums on the Logitech website and nothing seems to work. The speaker either didn't respond to the power button or blinked red and said "Battery critical". Apparently many other users are having the same problem as there are many help forums for this if you do a google search. Absolutely useless. Waste of money, will never buy again.
