The plastic piece that attaches to the controller is easy to attach and remove, unlike some other reviews of similar items here. It would be even better if you didn't have to remove and install the phone holder every time you want to put it back in and pack it away. The strap is good but a bit busy next to the controller bezel. I think they could take that away and bring the adjustability up and away from the face of the controller where your fingers need room to do their thing. Although overall it works well.
