Working with some modifications
I measured for medium (with room to cut out) but they fit very snugly. I cut the strap at the bottom of my wrist and they work much better. To be fair I'm very short so they might fit differently on a longer arm. I find they really help my hands and are much easier to wear throughout the day than braces.
