I ordered these to replace the padding in various sports bras and lace (not sports!) T-back bras. They go very well with different bras. The padding on the bottom, while small, provides a good swing. I also put a pad in a Third Love tank top and the result was more like a push up bra, although the pad was slightly larger than a bra cup it was not noticeable under my tank top. I am very happy. with my purchase and look forward to breathing new life into my sports bras.
