Image quality is good but that's about it. The bad thing is that the motion detection is poor and the live video loads slowly. For motion detection to work, a person must be almost in front of your door. If someone comes to my door, leaves (or picks up) a package on the step and leaves, the motion sensor never turns on the camera (even on the most sensitive settings). One of the main reasons I bought a doorbell camera was that it could capture packages left (or taken) on my doorstep. The other issue with the camera is that when someone is at your door or you want to see what's going on outside, it takes forever to load a live image into the app on your phone. When someone is at the door, they have to wait a while before you can see who they are and respond. All in all, if someone needs a pretty good picture while looking down the street, a doorbell replacement for an external camera is fine. But if you want to use it to monitor comings and goings in front of the front door or to communicate with visitors, then you should look for another video doorbell. I'd like to try Ring or another brand instead.
