Great for grilling, anywhere

I love this thermometer. With instant readout, you can quickly check the temperature in the oven, on the grill, or anywhere. Cooked a doner kebab and it always hurt to realize that all the meat reached a safe temperature. After a few seconds I could see where the cooking was slower. The quick temperature reading allowed me to check the temperature of the food in the oven without having to keep the door open for too long. Very flexible, works on everything. I'm an engineer and I love data, this is perfect!
