Compared to Apple AirPods

I have Apple AirPods which I think are great but I'm one of those people with big ear canals or something. They don't fit very well and I was fed up with them falling out so I needed an alternative. Here is a comparison with AirPods.1. Sound: I think both sound great. Since Jlabs has custom tips, the sound has been better for me because the seal is tighter and I don't have to keep retuning. The bass is very good. The sound is balanced.2. Pairing: If you use iOS, nothing beats easy pairing with AirPods. That being said, jlabs are pretty good once you've made the first pair. It takes a few seconds longer, but they will automatically connect to your phone as soon as you open the case. It is clear that AirPods are better to switch from phone to iPad or other Apple devices.3. Fit - like I said, more options with Jlab. I hate the fit of AirPods. Tried to run with Jlabs - not really. I think I need to change the tips. Since the Jlabs are a bit heavy on the ears, they can move when jogging. I will try different tips.4. case - Apple wins. The Jlab case works well enough, but I'm not sure why it's so big. You can put it in your pocket, but it's big and bulbous, something you wouldn't want to carry in your pocket. Range - Jlab has about 1/2 range. Although I don't care, I don't keep my phone away from my headphones.6. The battery is not that good, but very good. Depends on how much you listen, but I can go several days on a single charge of the case.7. Price - Jlab is so much cheaper. I don't think AirPods perks are worth $100 more. I highly recommend them. If I had to do it all over again I would ditch the AirPods and buy them for a fraction of the price.
