I bought this to hide my fears while at work. I've seen a few other reviews that it's worked great for other people trying the same thing, but I think my curls are too thick, they're less than 2 feet from the base, so they should definitely fit , but it looks very awkward and the hat barely goes over my hairline with my dreadlocks in it. The band isn't very stretchy but it helps keep my fears off my face when worn normally, it's quite comfortable and stays in place in decent wind like with the car window open (I've got a couple of hats due lost the window lol) but if you have a small head it could be a bit looser. It's not exactly what I wanted, but it's also not designed for what I wanted, so I classed it as a regular light hat, which will definitely be good for summertime, and way cooler than wearing tam, even if it doesn't match my fears.
