We love these beautiful file folders that are essential for keeping our office closet tidy! We also received excellent customer service when we received a set that was missing a piece. I contacted the store directly as directed on the lovely note card that accompanies each set. I contacted them via the email address they provided and they responded within 24 hours with a prompt decision to ship us a full boxed replacement, not just the missing part. Two days later I received an email saying they were upset that my entire order was not complete so they sent us a full replacement set which we received within five business days. Once again the store exceeded all expectations! We have already filled four sets (8 boxes total) and plan to order six more as the color and linen are perfectly matched and beautifully designed to hide everything. Oh, and we love using these boxes over the filing cabinet we moved from because they fit perfectly in the closet and on the bookshelves. PROS: excellent customer service from the seller; Boxes are easy to assemble; nice underwear; strong overall design that can withstand a lot of weight; strong handles on each side for easy lifting; strong ground deployment that makes it very strong to be stacked on top of any crate; and strong clips for hanging binder edges. CONS: Difficult to attach clips for hanging binder edges (don't underestimate the overall score). The hardest part about installing the plastic strips was that they couldn't easily fit onto the sewn material, which was also twice as thick, as it overlapped and the material moved when trying to slide the plastic strip into place. After learning how to zip up and zip up, holding the material in place and slowly pushing the strip on, the strips stay put because they are very tight.
