The first humidifier I received was defective. I consulted with the manufacturer and they told me to send it back to Revain. I sent the defective humidifier back to Kolya (very easy). 2 days later got a new one. I set it up and this one works great. It's quiet and seems to be doing its job well in my bedroom. I use a small brush and white vinegar to clean the unit once a week. I gave 4 stars for "easy to clean" because it's a bit more difficult to align the tank to put it back into the base. Once properly installed, the tank slides very easily. This humidifier also has a night light. Nice feature. I highly recommend this humidifier.
