Worst product and I will never change my rating. In exchange for a $50 gift card. This product has received high ratings, but after receiving and trying my order, I wonder how legitimate these 5 star reviews are. I received the item on 07/27/2020 and look forward to opening it. First warning ⚠️ I read on the yellow sticker that essential oils are not recommended, crap. Still good! I can still use my 6 year old moisturizer that still works with essential oils. The water tank is tricky and messy, you need to detach it to fill it with water. It's not easy to get it back. Water spills before it succeeds. There is a sticker with a mark, but it's almost invisible. Nevertheless, give the product a chance. When I turn it on the mist was very strong and you can adjust it to my liking but most of the comments were correct it was very noisy. You can check out the video I posted, you can only see the top part but hear how loud it was, I was about 6-8 feet away. However, this is normal because when the TV is on I cannot hear it. On July 29th, 2020 it suddenly stopped. The red light is on. I thought the water tank was already empty, but to my surprise it's still half full. Double check what went wrong, raise the tank a little, it turns on again after a few minutes, it stops again, the red light came on, took about 4 tries, I think the same thing happened. That's it! It's time to return the trash. I'm waiting for it to be picked up to get a refund and my money back. Please don't waste your time buying this junk.
