First I ordered a 12 inch Marley mattress but they accidentally sent me a 10 inch mattress. Revain, as almost always, dealt with this issue to my satisfaction and allowed me to keep the 10 inch mattress. USA - medium hardness - pressure relief. aligned, which leads me to believe that not much attention has been paid to the design. The mattress is described as "medium firm". I found it very soft and not close to a firm or medium firm mattress. I slept on this mattress for a month and the back and neck pain I was hoping to relieve has gotten so much worse. As you read this, please note that my body (I'm a 70-year-old male, 6ft, 220lbs) didn't actually feel cooler on it than on my old memory foam mattress, to be fair, but the fact that denying it was so uncomfortable. You can very well get by with a soft memory foam mattress. I would not have ordered this mattress if the description accurately described it as soft. I ended up replacing it with a 12-inch Zinus Green Tea Memory Mattress / CertiPUR-US Certified / Bed-in-the-Box / Pressure Relief Queen. The installation process was much easier as the instructions were very clear. The mattress rose to 9 inches in about two hours, and in the recommended waiting time of 48 to 72 hours, the mattress reached its full 12 inch thickness. This mattress is SUPER! Well made, durable and very comfortable for ME.
