Must have on vehicles without special rear ventilation

My son is as warm blooded as I am and it helped him a lot in the back seats. We plugged it into a USB port to keep it charged while you drive. He turns it on almost every time we're in the car and he loves it. It can be quickly and easily mounted on the headrest, is quiet and lets a lot of air through.
