Very disappointed with this Bluetooth. That's so strange. No matter what I do, I can't get it in every ear. This means it will not stay inside. With the slightest movement, he jumps out and falls to the ground. The customization options are weird. The earhook is weird. What's not configurable is weird, what's configurable and how it's configurable is really weird. It's also quite bulky. I have tiny ears so it's always difficult to find decent Bluetooth, but this one is the worst and weirdest.
