I bought two of these, one for me, one for the woman as I had an earlier model but after a year or so the suction cup became brittle in the sun . As a result, the new models have a very rigid lever and a flimsy plastic connector at the base of the suction cup. The first one I installed broke on the first day of use and I returned it for a refund, but not before the cover I bought told me it was broken (despite being a cheap and defective POS acts) is not covered. So I took it straight back to Revain after berating the insurance provider (Allstate's Foursquare, should have known). on the phone so I can see it better. now out the window to return. The air conditioner vent bracket cannot be used (and no instructions are included anyway). Don't buy this, it's a piece of junk, they don't test it enough, and the liability insurance is even more of a joke.
