Review on Xblue X16 Small Business Phone System 6 Line Digital Speakerphone (XB1670-00, Charcoal) by Monica Harris

A few years ago we purchased a complete XBlue X-16 system for our company. Easy installation and configuration. Personally, I don't like the accompanying service, but we managed well. The reason for the 1 star rating is that you cannot get phone parts. We need 6 phones that have stopped working in whole or in part. XBlue no longer sells a $20 handset (I would even settle for a pink $24 handset), you have to buy the whole phone to get a new phone! XBlue called me this morning to explain that the manufacturer is no longer making phones and will be removing the phones from their site's parts sales section (they have been out of stock for over a month). I ended up having to buy 2 complete phones for 2 phones that don't work at all and try to do my best with the other 4 (probably try some generic replacements). If you have a business, consider another manufacturer who can support their product. Update 08/13/2019: Just checked the XBlue website again. They are showing phones in stock now, just ordered a few.
