Easy to use, many features

The X16 speaker is a more cost-effective system phone solution for small businesses. It has all the features you would expect like caller ID, call waiting, multiple line support and more at an unbeatable price. It's durable, has a professional look and great sound quality. There are only minor issues worth mentioning such as: B. the fact that you only see the name and number in the caller ID. Timestamps are available but need to be scrolled. Attention - you can no longer get parts for them if they break! You have to buy the whole phone!

A few years ago we purchased a complete XBlue X-16 system for our company. Easy installation and configuration. Personally, I don't like the accompanying service, but we managed well. The reason for the 1 star rating is that you cannot get phone parts. We need 6 phones that have stopped working in whole or in part. XBlue no longer sells a $20 handset (I would even settle for a pink $24 handset), you have to buy the whole phone to get a new phone! XBlue called me this morning to explain that the

A week of happiness with Xblue X16 and now 6 months of misery.

I bought 2 Xblue X16 for my small office. The only flaw that wasn't clear when I bought it is that it requires the X16 server for all the cool features on the phones to work. So we also had to buy a server. Now that it's installed I like it. I didn't spend enough time with the user guide to learn how all the features work, but the features I know are easily accessible.
