I was in urgent need of a replacement for a high end dryer that was out of order. I was looking for something higher quality at a lower price and took a chance. I wasn't disappointed! It's great without the high price! I have long thin hair and this works well for me - it dries quickly leaving my hair soft and smooth. I wouldn't call this dryer super light, but it's definitely not heavy either, it's comfortable to use. It's also quieter than my previous dryer, which is a nice bonus. I like the color - smooth matte black with a crackle. The matte texture makes it easy to grab the dryer while drying; does not slip out of hand. This probably sounds a little silly as it seems like it should be pretty standard, but I love the numerous customization options (3 each for speed and warmth)! My last hair dryer had high and low speeds, no heat settings and would have been too hot for my fine hair. This hair dryer is hot enough to dry quickly but it doesn't burn my hair like the previous one. Overall I am happy with this dryer!
