I just upgraded our work Windows PC to a Mac Mini M1 processor. The number of ports on this computer is limited, so you can easily connect a monitor with a USB-C to DVI cable. This cable just works. Connect it to the monitor's DVI port and the USB-C end to the computer. MacMini automatically recognized the cable and monitor and used it to start the computer. This product works seamlessly with any Macbook or Mac USB C. I am very happy with my purchase. The cable material is a strong molded product. I don't expect any issues with constantly plugging and unplugging this cable. The cable is 6 feet long and is a much better option than using a USB-C dongle. Nice clean install with no mess.
