It very much fit as expected yet due to its stretch it could also be worn all the way down to a barely size 2X, if you're taking off weight. Sleeves are not too tight or too short. There are only two things that didn't make this a five -- it has huge arm holes (good for movement) and seams are not nearly as soft as a shirt. That being said, it's great for layering and I was sick of searching all over for shirts like this. For those not layering, it is just a bit see-through, just a bit. -- The Mrs.
