I bought my daughter a size 4, the shoes are definitely not the usual narrow size 4, they are a little big and roomy, I like that best. I noticed that when I order shoes, they are cut very narrow. I read the reviews on the shoes and people said they were bigger which is true but for my purposes they are great as I said my daughter has wide feet and I had a hard time finding reasonably priced shoes, that match her legs. My daughter says they feel great so if you have a child with chubby or wide feet these shoes are perfect. Also goes great with thicker socks or tights when wearing shoes.
