Doesn't work as promised. Leaves streaks on glass shower doors.

Need a longer handle and all the silicone so it reaches the top of the glass and doesn't scratch it. It reached out and didn't scratch, but when you lower the glass it doesn't clean as promised. Leaves streaks and I have to dry the glass with a towel afterwards. Even after thorough cleaning, there are still streaks on it. I wish I could return it or get a refund.
