I bought this bra to wear with my Medela Pump in Style Advanced when I get back to work. I haven't returned to work yet, but I used this bra when I went on a late-night trip out of town without my baby. I've also used it around the house a few times since I've been pumping so I can have a supply of milk when I get back to work. Here's what I found: First, it's made of a swimsuit-like material: stretchy but (somewhat) supportive. It has 3 rows of closures, like a bra, center front so you can adjust the size. While they're a bit annoying as one or two can come loose if you try to close more of them, this isn't a deal breaker for me. Both nipple areas have slots for inserting breast pump flanges. I had no problems at all inserting files from my PISA. (Tip: I always align the nipples through the slot and then insert the flanges as this usually helps hold the pump in the correct position). Boobs go from swollen to empty - I have fairly large boobs so it might have something to do with that. The bra doesn't have enough support to keep my breasts "up" so I found this to be best worn over a nursing bra like the underwired bra I wear that dates from maternity pregnancy . I will definitely use it every day at work as I can pull it over my bra and my bra supports my boobs underneath. Sizes: I wear around 40D on non-nursing bras and 42F on MM nursing bras; I bought a large in this bra and it fits perfectly! If I got bigger it wouldn't fit close enough to hold the flanges in place. Also if I went smaller it would be too small to fit around my chest. As now, I use it with the tightest fasteners assembled, which is very convenient for me.
