Very comfortable and light. I bought this for my boot camp athletic shoes because they can take a beating and I bought the mesh. Please note that there are different types of sneakers for sale and I don't think they all fit the same. The mesh is usually loose. I bought my size and my feet slip in it. Luckily I also bought some inserts so they fit perfectly. If you buy mesh I would recommend going down a half size or adding an insert. The cushion is a running shoe and the insole is amazingly resilient and soft on my feet.
