That's not a good vacuum cleaner.
The mop's fibers are too short to pick up and hold dust when you move it and the hinges on the handle can't move freely, they're sticky. The key to a good dust mop is that it needs to stay in contact with the floor when you move it or you'll leave dust behind. Because the fibers are short and the hinges aren't smooth, you really have to tighten it to keep it in contact with the ground. In my opinion, dust mops are only justifiable if they are lighter than a broom. It is not.
