The ability to track what your customers are interested in and their behavior throughout the day. This has helped my team understand our customer base much better than before. It would be helpful if there were more people who could help you learn how to use it effectively; this tool can get complicated pretty quickly but once learned it does help businesses reach their clients/customers where they're looking which gives them something to offer! I'm able to send targeted offers that my audience wants from my website straight to their email account. Faraday is a very user friendly platform. It is easy to use and has a lot of different features. The ability to create your own models and use them with real users is amazing. I have not found one thing that I dislike about this platform. I would highly recommend Faraday to anyone looking for a good platform to use. A lot of the features are very easy to use and it is very intuitive. We are able to create models to predict user behavior and outcomes.
