Nice bottles but two of the three I've used so far have problems with the pumps. There is some looseness in all the pumps and the seller said this is normal. One leaks when used for oil and the others don't pump. I will contact the seller to rectify the situation. *UPDATE* contacted the seller and he replied VERY FAST and will send me new pumps. He said that maybe I got a poor quality batch. I'll let you know when I use the new pumps. *UPDATE* *2* The seller is VERY responsive and wants to fix any problems quickly. She sent me another set of bottles and pumps. The pumps were better and worked, but they were difficult to fill. The BEST OPTION TO FILL the thick shampoo was to pump water in first, after which the thick shampoo would get better into the pump. The other bottle was used for oil and spilled oil from the pump when standing upright with both sets of pumps. The seller said they are good for lotion, gel, soap or anything that is not too thick and not too runny. She sends me another set of bottles with disk tops that are more suitable for my purpose.
