I purchased this item to film my son at his baseball games. Well, that's not going to happen. Tried it for the first time last Friday. It took him a minute to connect to the wifi. I mounted it on a mini tripod on top of the fence. My son was throwing so I aimed him at the mound. It was far away so I tried to zoom in but there is no way to zoom in or out. So I figured that once I reproduce this in the app I could zoom in and out to show my son what he's doing right and wrong. Well, that would be wrong. So without this function, the camera is useless for me. Another camera bug is that the app doesn't work if the camera isn't activated. I thought it would be possible with an SD card. NOT RIGHT! For other people who have kids who are actively involved in sports, this camera is not the one to capture those moments. I'm updating my previous review due to Irene's "excellent" customer service. She went above and beyond to ensure my needs were met. I just received a new Akaso. She guarantees me that the product will meet my needs. I'll try it and see in the next few days. Whether it suits my needs or not. I just want to record my experience with customers. It was "outstanding" again.
