I'm glad I took the risk and bought them!
Our four AT&T cordless phones died out and my husband wanted to buy new ones. We spoke to someone and they just closed. I came across these batteries by accident while looking for new phones so I decided to try them despite the negative reviews. I'm so glad I did! I replaced the old batteries with new ones the same day they arrived and was surprised that they were charged. Even a completely drained phone worked. They were easy to install. They cost a lot less than buying a whole set of new phones.
